REAL STRATEGIC PLANNING- NOT JUST RHETORIC!
Others talk about the need for Strategic Planning, but their fees seem unaffordable to you?
What is strategic planning? Is it for you? Does my organization need it?
Things We Hear From Others?
1. My group's too small: Many small organizations say they're too small for, and don't need strategic planning. They say they can't afford, don't have time or resources, Board doesn't think Strategic Planning is needed! They feel it is too expensive! We will show you how any small organization that wants to remain viable needs strategic planning, and teach you ways that the strategic planning is NOT expensive - - in fact, we will net your more!

2. My organization is big: We've heard about the in- house strategic planning, and the bureaucracy. Just ask yourself one question - - Do you believe that if your organization continue "as is" that it will remain viable, approach its vision or mission? Is everything being done the BEST way possible?

3. My Board is NOT motivated or committed enough: Of course, they are NOT! Strategic planning examines the strengths and weaknesses of an organization, including parameters for more effective leadership, etc. Do you want your future leadership to be fully trained and prepared, and to become effective, great leaders? Is your present Leadership Training fulfilling its mission of identifying, qualifying, motivating and training optimum leaders?

WHAT IS STRATEGIC PLANNING?

The purpose is to focus on, and clarify where an organization is now, where it wants to be and should be in one year, three years, five years, and more. There are several different ways to do strategic planning, and no one way is the best way for every organization. One way is to goals- based strategic planning, while another is issues- based planning. Still another method that might be used is vision- based strategic planning?
Which is best for your group depends on your needs! Most groups need someone to objectively look and review an organization to evaluate it, and make suggestions. This should always be the first step. You don't need a fancy report, but some common sense approaches.
That's what we do best- VIABLE, COMMON SENSE SOLUTIONS customized to meet your needs and situations!
